Is it possible that one day the English language will be completed..?
What are some forms of communcation that are better then language...?

if by completed, you mean that every possible thing that exists and doesnt exist has an agreed definition, then no. Language is constantly evolving with the times, and as long as time goes on, language will not reach a so called "end " or "completion" as you put it.
Better forms of communication than language? Hmm, i guess it depends on what you're trying to communicate. If you want to convey an emotion or something, then perhaps artwork or music is the way to go. Other than these types of things, I think language is the only way we know how to communicate. It would be interesting to know what would happen if we never developped any form of language and relied purely on instinct and intuition. Perhaps these qualities would develop further, rather than verbal/written language and we could communicate without a word spoken.
