you guys have great advice but i still cant decide.id like to break throughon salvia but the extract isnt avalable to me,but shrooms seem safer.hmmmmmm

go with the shrooms. In my opinion salvia wasn't worth the money, but then again I never really did the salvia "correctly" to get the effects most get when they report about these mind blowing experiences. Seriously shrooms are the way to go.

I've gone farther into shrooms than salvia, I tried it but our stuff was weak. it was affecting us but not on a visionary level. I'd suggest shrooms first just because of the nature of salvia. From what I know shrooms are a little more comfortable, can be a little more forgiving. Salvia is reputed to be rather demanding. I fully intend on having a breakthrough salvia experience in the next month, who knows... maybe i'll change my opinion then.

Do them both, shrooms to begin with. Salvia lasts much shorter but I think it's way too intense for non-experienced users.
If you HAVE to choose, shrooms, salvia is vague, not even fun most of the times.
Shrooms are much more fun.

I'd recommend extracts. Plain foliage never put me anywhere 
shrooms definatly.

Mushrooms are more fun than Salvia. Salvia is an interesting trip, but definitely not fun. Also, mushrooms will trip you for a few hours; Salvia is over in minutes.

shrooms are a way better pyschedelic experience. Some people relly like salvia, i cant figure out why, i guess they never tried dmt.

go with the fungi. salvia is such a short yet intense trip, it gets boring pretty fast for me. to each his own though, i know some people that love the stuff but for me it was too short of an experience and a little too "out there" for me.
almost every time i've done salvia theres something thats talking to me, but i never remember what it was after i come down. i think it is feminine though, thats all i ever remember. also i couldnt talk hardly or do anything when i did salvia.. its funny cuz i have a ton of salvia sitting here and i havent even touched it in 4 months. i might just give it away. the only + about salvia is that its legal so you dont ever have to worry about the fuzz 
shrooms open up some crazy conversations which is more fun in the long run

I really enjoyed salvia, but then, you're right, I've never tried DMT.
Trust me, though, it's on my list of things to do.

hmmm... i say shrooms.
i tripped on salvia couple of times... the first time was very interesting and fun. but the other times were REALLY scary and very unenjoyable....

I'd definatly go with shrooms. Shrooms are probably a lot closer to what your looking for. Once you've got some psychadelic experience under your belt then perhaps you might want to try salvia.

Vague is a good word. I've never been able to get anything of worth from my Salvia experiences other than the fact that they are excruciatingly weird, painful and scary at times.
I find little value in Salvia. Go with the mushroom!

My opinion is:
Mushrooms = Reliable and outright cool
Salvia = Definately something their but no visuals (even on 15X), biggest waste of money ever. But then again the Indians never smoked it and probably chomped on more of it in one serving than I've had cabbage in my whole life.

No visuals on Salvia?? You haven't been smoking it right then. And if you had 15X extract, it was probably crap. Extracts above 10X are often bunk.
I've had my whole room morph into a fractal of infinite realities. If you don't believe me, read some trip reports.
I'm really getting sick of all these people saying Salvia doesn't work, after they have smoked some bunk extract (probably from Ebay) in the wrong way.
I can understand that people don't like Salvia, but saying it doesn't work is BS.

salvia has the really annoying tendancy to just not work on some people. I find doing 1 bowl salvia to 2 bowls of weed tends to work, it might be a good idea if your tripping hard to do this on the comeup to take the edge of (I FUCKING HATE COMEUPS If it has to be one or the other shrooms without a doubt, they just diont coompare, not knocking salvia in any way its just hat shroomns will always give u more trip for ur money.
