Would it be possible to innoc. sawdust with spores of P. cyanescens or azurescens? I do not have acess to agar and I do not , at this time, want to mess with agar due to my previous lak of success. Please do not tell me that I would have better success with agar because I know I would. I just want to know if I could start mycelular culture from spores directly to sawdust.
Thanks for any input.

Yep, possible.
Are you wanting to fruit indoors?
You could always do a spore slurry onto outdoor beds.

i heard about someone whos going to try wood based mycobag for indoor azures. keep it simple, and see what pops up. if you find anything that works keep us posted, he will too. Good Luck! I hear you'll need it.

I would like to fruit completely indoors. I hear this is very difficult to impossible. I live in N.C. so cyan. will not grow outdoors the temp. is not right. Any info. for fruiting indoors will be much appreciated.

1. Inoculation with 1 N .

2. Chances of success with azures indoors are slim(but it?s not impossible, you might be lucky).

Are azures as hard to fruit indoor as people say?

You just need "Plant Success? Tabs for the
Home Gardener & Landscaper". It will help it fruit . Also a bar fridge.

It isn?t impossible, who said that?

it?s just extremely unlikely, unlike fruiting them outdoors, which is extremely easy providing you live in the right climate.

Anno what do you mean by 1N? I am thinking you mean a haploid cell. 1N haploid, 2N diploid. That is what they teach me in biology.

Inoculation is written with one letter N, not with two letters N ......
