Description of cap- Wavy cap, to semi-flat. Golden ring on center of cap fading to white.
Gills-light brown
Cap size- smallest being 1/2" X 1/2" wide, largest being 1' X 1' wide.
Stalk/stem size-smallest being 1"3/4 X 1"3/4 tall, largest being 2"1/2 X 2"1/2
Bruising blue slightly at margin
Appearance-Partially dried out by sun, 1 cap had little burnt black spot from sun i'm guessing.
Location found-Horse pasture, growing out of grass about 2 feet from a cow pattie. 4 were found in small cluster
Other comments-Central ring zone (black)was found around stalk. Reminds me of the wavy cap description of some species I sometimes hear.
Let me know what everyone thinks, will have spore print next few hours

hmmm i dont know the size does not fit much but a Panaeolus, Coprinus or Conocybe. are you completely sure of the bluing? does the stem blue? hmmm wavy cap.
is the annular zone pronounce at all or is simply a small not-portruding ring around the stem. is the stem hollow, fragile is the cap fragile? gills being light brown leads to maybe Bolbitiaceae especially bolbitius or conocybe.

otherwise i dont know.
