Kundalani side effects

I have been doing kundalani meditation recently and in addition to the twitches I mentioned in another thread, i have also been seeing images on my eyelids when I close my eyes.
I read this can be a side effect of Kundalani. Now this may seem like a dumb question, but the images I see consist of a lot of shapes, colors but also angels and demons, mostly demons.
Now my question is, is it possible these demons I am seeing are visual representations of my own soul's inner demons? Or are they simply random images with no significance?

Subconscious psychological symbolism metaphors your brain is using to tell you something, you already know it you just need to understand now.
Can you describe your procedure for kundalini, how do you engage?

They're nothing important. Anything of form is not important IMO in meditation and believing they are is a way of clinging to these images which is not meditative..At least from my pov...There's many schools of mediation so I don't know

Yes, I simply follow the instructions on this website: http://lovebliss.eu/how-to-meditate.html
I have found these meditations to be extremely powerful, often catapulting me into states of bliss. Unlike other meditation with is more passive, I find these techniques quite active and so strong for me that I am sometimes uncomfortable with how I am feeling (forgetting where I am, what I am doing, twitching, visual distortions and seeing flashing lights and various other things that have actually caused me to reduce my use of these techniques which I am not sure if is good or bad.
Whereas I had been other forms of meditation for years, hardly ever experiencing bliss, it only took a few days of doing these meditations before I was in intense bliss.

No, you are correct. In fact, at one point I became afraid of one of the demons. It was exceptionally scary looking and I thought "what if this is the demon that has been tormenting me the past few years?" But then I thought, what if I just ignore it? So I did and pretty soon it went away.

I've sat watching terrible mind projections on acid and had to keep reminding myself "I am not my thoughts" and knowing that helped a lot for me in that trip and just life period lol.

I have had 'demonic' entity possessing me. Nights were hellish, every night was sleep paralysis with some demon in it talking. But as I came to conclusion, that this 'demon' is just a thought that I'm holding, maybe unconsciously, those night terrors with demon had disappeared along with that thought.

mantra is so important because the dimensions are what you could call levels in a building per se , and you can get to the top of the building faster from my perspective if you will use the mantra to get out of the building in the first place, when you use a mantra with your practice you receive spiritual light and that purifies and orders your reality

Om Namah Shivaya, I tell you What!

Have you ever seen an "Eye" looking back at you?
Sometimes when looking with the internal eye I see just a giant eye looking back.
Is it a portal resembling an eye, or is it only a reflection, or is it another eye?

If there are so many plausible options, how do you distinguish between truth and delusion?

Well if you are christian you should be at least prepared for the realization that they are in fact DEMONS! Consciousness dis-incarnate. Intelligence. Real beings.

Meh, I generally prefer the most objective explanation whenever possible. But in most cases it doesn't matter what you call it, they are just words being used to describe it, rather than being it.

If by real you mean imaginary then you got another one right.
