Directly experiencing it in this very moment, the ever present now.

It doesn't require your thoughts or analytical mind even, in fact it occurs before them.

Experiencing experience.

i enjoy doing a yoga head stand every day until i reach a level that it awakens kundalini,  it is the laziest and easiest thing to do requiring only a bit of practice to learn. i would enjoy being able to do alternate nostril breathing many hours a day but my arm gets tired, that's another good way .

kundalini does not wake up usually by just living life,  perhaps if you meditate hours a day or even every day it *could* on its own, it depends, yoga =  kundalini awakening system. and then some.  yoga is drugs.

Oh I dont think I'm close to awakening my kundalini  Far from it in fact.

I'm going to try and start doing yoga, I've always been deterred by my inflexibility of my body. Like I cant touch my toes or anything.

But I missed the whole point of it. Its more about flexibility of the mind OVER the body.

haha yes, spot on. Some of the most intense psychological / spiritual experiences that i've ever had came from yoga sessions that matched and even trumped my psychedelic ones.
