well what kind of music do you normally listen to?

If you listen to electronic stuff already, check out "Behind Closed Eyelids"

If you listen to more "conventional" music, check out "Dorset Perception"

I listen to Dave Matthews band, Radiohead,Live, Pink floyd, grateful dead, ICP, Twizted, one of my favorite songs is The Sound of Silence by simon and garfunkel,also Beautiful day by U2. Techno. Incubus. Some rap, forest for the trees. And one band that im surprised i havent seen on here is Fleetwood Mac. One of my last trips thats all i listened to the whole time with some glowsticks, WOW. They are AWESOME. I'd like to add i saw Radiohead outdoors in cleveland this summer on shrooms with a bunch of friends and that was incredibily amazing. Awesome lightshow. Theres probably more but i got to piss. Shroom on ya'll

The mushroom jazz series has 4 CDs sold seperately. Phree Nugz I dont think you can buy, but you can probably download a copy from their website, or ask them to send you one, or see them live and ask them, or get someone to burn you a copy  :tongue2:

heres my list

aphex twin - selected ambient works (85-92 or 2) very good shit
atom and his package - a society of a people named elihu hilarious sober but really kinda creepy while tripping
beatles - white album good for a crazy evening, just think about the manson family
bob marley - songs of freedom stoner music, yes, but its gotta put you in the right frame of mind
dj shadow - preemptive strike or the private press two of my favorite albums anytime, but theyre good while tripping as well
dead kennedys - any album my punk rock favorite, any album will suffice. if you're new to em check out either fresh fruit for rotting vegetables or plastic surgery disasters/in god we trust inc.
dr octagon - octagonecologyst it seems ive got a thing for strange music. again one of my favorites, its got a schizophrenic edge to it (kool keith was diagnosed at some point i think)
hendrix - axis bold as love the title track is one of my favorite songs ever
pink floyd - dark side of the moon or the wall dark side of the moon is one of my favorites, dark side of oz is always good too, and the wall is just a classic
van halen - 1984 with songs like panama, hot for teacher and jump, how could this not be great to listen to? fucking hilarious
x - los angeles old school punk rock, great album

all personal favorites, each one adds a distinct flavor to a trip. But here is one rule I always follow, do not change music while tripping. If the music gets old turn it off. A change like that can have world shattering consequences.

some clarification. If you listen to music with headphones on do not change the music. When something is getting beamed directly into your skull, the change is huge.
but headphones are definitly the way top go

Yeah China > Rider is always nice!  But what about Scarlet > Fire?  Or Dark Star > China > Eleven?  St. Stephen > Not Fade Away > St. Stephen...  Too many too list that I LOVE!  The Dead ARE the best music to trip to, especially wearing headphones.  Jerry's guitar work on Dancin in the Streets (5/8/77) takes me to new planes of existence :smile:

I love Autechre, but I imagine listening to Confield while tripping would be very disturbing. I'll try it next time.

BOC really freaked me out though.. I put on Music has the right to children the first time I tripped, and that shit is evil. All those scary little kid voices rambling on..

My reccomendation is:
