for the past 2 times ive done mushrooms, my lower abdomen/groin area feel really odd...i dont know really how to describe it, but it weirds me out...does anybody else have this problem at all?

Not in that are, but on high doses things like feeling myself breath in and out was really trippen me out. It was bugging me, but i was like dammit i gotta breath... then i forgot about it.

This is a common problem, I dont get it often.
It's called gastrointestinal distress. 
I do find myself having to poop about an hour into it though.

Alot of times when I trip, for some reason my hamstrings get really sore alot of my friends say they get the same shit, is that what you mean or more like GI tract mentioned above? I guess it's fairly normal being my friends report the same feelings, just like yawning and watery eyes and whatnot. It usually only happens on very intense trips or when I trip multiple days in a row.

Seems like 9 out of 10 trips I'll get g.i. cramping and diarrhea. It used to really bother me. But I now I just roll with the punches and try to ignore any discomfort I encounter.

oh another thing ive noticed since my first somewhat hard trip is i always have to pee on shrooms...but ill pee and pretty much nothing will come out...kinda irritating

I get diarrhea sometimes myself, but the main thing i get is an empty hungry feeling - similar to when you have a fever when your sick - its not unpleasant.

I'm glad I never have had to poop while tripping on shrooms, I am one to wipe unitl there is NOTHING left, that wouldn't be so fun to have to do that.

First trip- had to take a huge shit in a nasty port-o-potty in the middle of the night, no flashlight. I was too disconnected to lock the door, someone walked in on me mid-shit.

i had the same experience with the porta potty thing, but not on shrooms, on dxm+hydrocotones, i was a the lake fishing for trout and had to go really bad, went into the bathroom, was dark as fuck, and i heard someone say "What The Fuck?!?!?" i though i was just trippin untill the dude stood up, then i just hauled ass back to my campsite.

I get that cramping feeling in my lower intestine region...feels like im sore from doing a whole lotta sit ups. And I also feel like I have to shit after intense trips, but I can never go, it sucks!
