100% humid means the water is trying to condense anywhere it can. unless the top/sides are coated in skimask antifog, then i'd say your meter is off. don't worry, they always are.

I'm kindda in the same boat as you are. My hygrometer says way over 100% humidity in my terrarium which has two cased containers in it and some perlite and there is 'barely' any condensation on the walls of the terrarium. I have held off misting the casings for now as to not overdo it, though it is kind of difficult to decide if the casing needs water or not.

get yourself a cheap reptile hydrometer, you can fuck these up, unlike the digis, most of em are only good for relative humidity like 20%-90% and when you keep it above 90 for a length of time you fuk em up and theyl stick at way higher rates, so be safe and buy a fluckers one at any petstore much more reliable and a better solution for many tubs cuz the got lil stickems on em just pop on side an voila, although i have see lil pieces of velcro tape replacing these so you can pop it anywere yolud like and theres no BATTERIES

Is is possible to be at %100 percent humidity and have no
condensation on the top and walls of a terrarium?? If there
was a brand new digital hygrometer telling FOAF that they
have %100 percent and she is seeing no condensation?

yep it sure is....unless theres a tempature difference between teh inside and outside of your terrarium you won't see condensation....I had the same worry when I first started growing
