I think if anyone wants to put all that info together, the Shroomery would probably post it (don't want to speak for the admins though)......but that's a lot of time and effort. Until then, you'll have to make do, which really isn't that hard....

Just run a search on the Mushroom Hunting forum for what you need....there is a lot of information buried in there, just search for the right terms. mjshroomer has posted so much useful info in there it's not even funny.
