growing mushrooms without substrate jars...

Hello,
does any one know of a tek that skips the substrate jars (using mason jars)? The link http://www.amazing-nature.com/info/3200.htm seems to have a growkit that makes only use of a container and various other elements to produce the fruit. Any one know how to reproduce this starting with only a spore syringe and some cash to buy any needed supplies?
Thanks,
ergot

Use any containers man. The only problem is finding one that won't melt when you sterilize. Also it is necessary that they are transparent so you can see.

Use mycobags. If you're in the US, grow kits are illegal since it contains mycellium. Only the spores are legal.

How do I make a mycobag? and how many fresh shrooms does it usually produce? I am looking to make my own quick-and-easy method of growing, not purchasing anything, including growbags.

...substrate. If you can't find any jars, you defenitely won't be able to find spawn bags.

There is no quick and easy method of growing cubensis. You have to put some time and effort into it. The first growkit you linked to works easily because they are selling you a colonized block of mycelium from a legal mushroom species. This would be illegal to sell if the mushrooms were psychedelic. The second link is a grow kit for cubensis that will work and is probably as easy as it says, but it's expensive for the small yield that it gives. There is always work involved unless you pay out the ass for an overpriced kit. Kits in my opinion fail more often as well, because they require you to understand nothing about the mushroom life cycle.
