It's a moldy spot for sure.

I'd move that tray outdoors if it's warm enough to finish.  Otherwise, move the terrarium outside the area you intend to grow in the future to prevent trillions of spores from polluting the walls, ceiling, carpet, etc.

The mushrooms will be fine to eat, but the substrate needs to get away from your regular grow area to finish.  Pile up a bit of table salt over the mold spores to prevent their escape and to help contain the mold mycelium while the mushrooms finish. (this isn't a tek to use if a substrate hasn't fruited yet-only if it's mid-flush.)

Hey RR I just opened a jar of trich outside and a HUGE cloud of spores came out. I washed my hair/ body after. Should I be okay or is there any other precautions you recommend?
