How long did it stay at 177?

Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering its a feather bed.”

with coir, yes u r ok. but h poo, not sure. never used it, so maybe someone else can chime in here. I'm pretty sure h poo can be temperamental (sry couldn't avoid pun) with past. temps, but if it was only for a bit, maybe not? i think the HIGHEST it should go is 170, dunno if that is technical number or what. most TEKS say 160, with 170 being a danger zone, so 177...

I heard if you go up to 180 for a few you'll be fine but I think that's with coir. Like he said ^ not sure about hpoo.

if you hit 170 for more than a few minutes with poo toss it out, it's now just as good as not pasteurizing at all. Coir you can get away with anything but coir is no good for not doing anything but 100% perfect job.
