That news is several days old, they talked about it being a farce on PTI a while back.
The superbowl picks are up on nfl.com, very interesting picks and reasoning. Fixing was alluded to in one of them as well

SneezingPenis said: how are the matchups in seahawks favor? Demaryius is on Calvin Johnsons level. I firmly believe that if they switched spots (thomas on lions and CJ on broncos) they would have each others stats.
i have said it before... sherman is afforded the luxury of playing under a lot because of earl thomas. You look at a lot of their game stats and they generally shut down the #1 WR very well. We can say that D. Thomas is the #1 WR on the broncos, but by a very small margin. The broncos basically have #1A and #1B, and some might even say #1C.
the seahawks have a great offense, dont get me wrong, but they focus on 1 or 2 people in the secondary and 1 person in the backfield. with their phenomenal athleticism, it is hard for offenses to stretch the field on them... this is exactly why the colts beat them. once the seahawks are forced to play the entire field, they lose. and that is exactly what the broncos do.
And this is a sound analysis.

The Colts beat them because they botched a special teams field goal and gave up a 10 point swing play. They did the exact same thing the following week, but overcame it at home, barely...
All the NFL insiders seem to disagree with sneezing, I personally don't think it's gonna be the kind of lop sided blowout they are predicting in some of their picks (they have Seattle blowing the doors off of Denver like the preseason game, where an angry John Elway blasted the team and the coaches afterwards), I think it should be a close game whichever team wins.

Well shit I can't deny that Kaepernick talking smack about Sherman talking smack is a little ironic and very badly timed. Fucking wait til next season and get your revenge on the field dude.

Yea I just dislike kaep because of his off field persona. Always in interviews he's got a sideways cap and shit. Love how humble and professional Wilson is. Always wearing a suit.

I think you need to take a step back and take a look at the reality of sports man. You guys sit there and say stuff like "Wilson has harder work ethic than Kaep". Come on, get real, not even Richard Sherman would say some dumb shit like that. These athletes know how hard each other work, and they respect each other, that's why even loud mouth Sherman took a knee and prayed for Bowman.
Even as a 49ers fan I will call out Kaep for saying silly stuff or making a bad read, but to question his work ethic or say he's not humble is just ridiculous and obviously completely biased.

I never once said anything about kaeps work ethic it's just looking professional. I played a bunch of sports in high school and we had to dress up. On tv you should look respectable.

Whiners gonna whine, that's my comment on Kaep. Sherman is bad for post game rant, Kaep in game taunts vs Carolina all good, etc etc. I will say Harbaugh has become some what humorous and actually likeable. I think he has repaired his image from the constant cry baby bitching he originally did.
No reason to talk about the Kaep or the 9ers though, they aren't playing on Sunday

ty hilton got 140 yards in 5 receptions. reggie wayne had 6 for 65.
pointing to a botched FG is not going to make those stats go away.
and that was against one of the most sacked qbs this year. There is no way they will be able to simultaneously get pressure on manning while covering those WRs.

Stats are stats, if they make the field goal 3 points go on the board for Seattle and the return Touchdown is wiped out. So 7 points come of the board for The Colts and 3 more points are added to Seattle's score, do the fucking math.
Wait since you can't and you have no idea wtf you're talking about here http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-cant-miss-plays/0ap2000000256920/WK-5-Can-t-Miss-Play-Indiana-block-party
No 10 point swing play on special teams and The Colts don't win the game. Seattle allowed 27 points on offense in that game, Denver allowed 48 points to Dallas the same Sunday. So by your logic the Broncos are fucked, cause i'll just go pull up Romo's stats which were better than Peyton's in that game. You know since the week 5 performance of The Broncos allowed a staggering 48 points and they couldn't force a single punt. Yes it's been decided, Seattle wins by a massive score, because Denver wont be able to stop Marshaun Lynch and Russel Wilson from running all over them. Denver wont be able to force any stops, or a single punt, while Seattle will stop Denver several times, forcing numerous punts, ultimately leading to a blowout win for The Hawks!! According to sneezingpeterson's logic that is.

Weather report is probably accurate at this point. Daytime high of 49 moving down towards 30 at night. %30 chance of rain or snow in evening. 8 mph wind.
Looks like an average winter day. If the precipitation comes it could be a factor, maybe around half-time.

my point was to illustrate that Denver is going to stretch the fuck out of that field. All year Seattle has been up against teams with a solid #1 WR and a mediocre #2 WR. what the fuck are they going to do when Denver trots out 3 wides and julian thomas with moreno in the backfield?
Seattle has a horrible 3rd down conversion rate, mostly because they are a run first team. They aren't an explosive offense. They might have 1 or 2 nice 20+ yard pass plays, but ultimately Denver will have at least 5 or 6 chances to stop them on 3rd down and make Haushka the leading point scorer on the team. Gobbling up 3 points at a time is not going to beat the broncos.
