Can I have a jar become white and then move it to another house for sgfc? or does it dislike bein moved around

Doesnt matter lol. Just keep your conditions (heat, humidity etc.) correct.

if it is fully colonized then go for it....if it is a grain jar it wouldn't  really matter if it was fully colonized or not it shouldn't matter.....I wouldn't move an uncolonized brf jar because you could disturb the verm layer on top.....:shrug:

Sorry. I assumed that his saying turn white meant that it was colonized and he was just moving it to another location to go into fruiting. If it is 100% colonized and about to go into fruiting, that verm layer dont mean nada. If it isnt fully colonised yet than yes you want to keep the contaminate protections you have in place in good working order during transport but other than that, they dont mind a nice joyride :smile:
