It wouldn't help anything. You'll probably see some growth soon though unless they're contaminated.

wait until it's been 21 days if you don't see anything then start over. Re-inoculation rarely if ever works. You're just adding more water and more dirt since syringes are not quite 100% clean the more you use the more your chances are of seeing a contam.

If you're doing BRf cakes too, they tend to turn into glue after a while, they get really rubbery and compacted man.  I don't think any mush myc could colonize them after too long...

What about attempting a grain to grain transfer with jars that did nothing? I have about 10 jars of rye that have not grown, but also show no sign of contamination. They are all over 30 days old.

I wouldn't personally bother trying, but if you have nothing to lose I guess you could. For me it would just be a setback, I could go PC a batch of new jars and be sure.

Did you get your spores from a sponsor vendor?

I know I'm not the OP, and I don't want to jack this thread... but yes I did. The PE and Hawaiian's have both done well, however the Burma have done nothing, and most of the PEUncut (besides 1) have done nothing. I am thinking about attempting a G2G on some of the jars with some Hawaiian colonized grain. I do have nothing to lose, if they contaminate they weren't going to grow anything anyway, and if they colonize yip-eee!

I would do like bodhisatta said.. I would throw the old stuff outside in a patch if possible. That way you may still get something out of it later. No one can tell you it won't work definitively but it's not recommended. If you do decide to do it make sure and smell the jars and if you smell anything weird toss it for sure!

If you're gonna re-use old spawn jars I'd at least re-sterilize them first.
