mycelium... or something diabolical??

So it has been 2 days now since i transferred some cultures from agar2agar and agar2grain and here's the results of the agar2grain transfer!

It's only been 2 days and already there is fuzzy, hair-like growth all over each of the wedges that I put into the jars. I've been told that it can take up to 2 weeks for the mycelium to recover, should I be worried?
The growth is bright white, the same as everything else it just has this bristley, wire-haired look to it. I know the pics aren't that great but I tried for about 10 minutes to get the light placed just right and that's as good as it gets

It looks healthy to me
And for lighting, try to get a nice white background, and offset the light and camera so they do not have the same angle viewing the jar.

Oh damn! Thanks guys! So I'm guessing I should still give the little guys a few days to creep down onto the grains before I give it a shake?

Also, when you wedge2grain, tilt the recieving jar to one side and create a slant with the grains inside the jar. Once wedge goes in, tilt the jar to cover up the wedge. Doing it properly will allow you to have the wedge completely covered by grains, and have the wedge against the glass.
