Search engine is good but just cause I'm bored
Colonization does benefit from indirect light
When fruiting light is a pinning factor
Fruits grow quicker in darkness but do need a few hrs of light to meet their natural environment
IME i use light for pins and until they're fairly sturdy then u can cut it out and watch rapid growth but it all depends on the parameters.
To sum up. Light is natural and should help produce some banging boomers though if ur looking to save money u can still have success just put em by a window every now and then. Sun lights free. At least until they find a way to tax it

6500k daylight lighting.
12/12 schedule throughout the whole grow (indirect for colonizing, direct for fruiting. This helps develop a circadian rhythm much like we have.

Most reports of low or no potency in cubes come from growers who ignored the lighting requirements.

There's other reasons for proper lighting as well, such as much larger and meatier fruits.
