Cobwebs or Mycellium?

Hey guys, was wondering if you could tell me if this is cobweb or mycellium?? Much thanks as this is my first grow.

Cobweb is thin, wispy, looks kind of like troll doll hair and grows astoundingly fast in comparison to mycelium.

So Is it safe to say this isn't cobweb? Or could it be? I think that jar is 12 days old..

It looks good. No cobweb.
Seems like you're having too much condensation though. This has become a debatable issue and some people think it's a bad idea. I speak for myself and IMHO you could untappe and flip the jars in this last stage. It will help speeding up colonization.

Thanks for the reassurance on the cobweb, my jars don't have any tape so should I just flip that one?

Yeah. Give it a try ! I usually do it when they're +90% colonized.
