Pinning/Fruiting on Too Deep of Casing Layer - Now what?

Hi guys,
I mistakenly made casings with a casing layer that is way too deep and they are already at the point of pinning/fruiting. What do you recommend I do to get the most out of these casings at this point?
Substrate is WBS (~2 inches) and casing layer is MGMC (~1 inch).
Thanks for your help

I would really fruit them. Usually your mushrooms will tell you what they need. If you see pins (especially big ones such as yours) they are telling you they are way due for fruiting.

Here OP.

If you're going to use something other then shroomery for uploading pics you have to copy the image URL and add each one in separately to the image option on reply's. Most pro's and paranoids won't touch an un-trusted link. Unless they are like me and could give a fuck less cause I can fix that shit.
Anyways.

Looks like good stuff.

Thanks Camtaro420, I didn't realize people don't click imgur links
Anyways I'm worried that it appears the veils are breaking now, while the shrooms are so small. Maybe the shrooms aren't being supported by the mass of mycelium below because the casing layer is too deep.

Amazing how quickly these guys grow. Still unsure about what to do with the KS, veil has broken on many of them - should I harvest at this point? They are so tiny

The GT below had a much smaller casing depth:

I'd let them grow more. Sometimes you get shrooms with no veils or they opened when tiny but should still grow.

I wish I could tell you more in detail how long you should let them keep growing out, but I never had experience with these kind.
