you don't have to worry about losing the powder if you grind them, if you pour water or OJ along the inside, although I wondered the same thing, heh. Just swish the OJ around to get all the powder. Or, if you just want powder to take orally with no OJ/water, crush em with pliers, stick em in a plastic baggie, get something hard with a flat surface that wont break, and smash it down on the seed. Hold the bag so that the seed stays in the same general area. I hope I'm kinda making sense, lol. It works though :-)
Weed gets rid of the nausea pretty well, although it doesn't seem to get rid of all of it personally. Also, I got feelings that were too intense while smoking, so I stopped when I felt I should. Do the same if you smoke weed tripping
You can't really expect any kind of trip. It's different for everybody. Expect thought trains, and euphoria. Visuals depend on the person, I believe.
LSA is not tested for.
Enjoy yourself

The comedown sucks, so yes, have weed ready. You're going to be more tired then you've ever been on the comedown. It'll feel like you've been awake for three days straight. I went to bed early the night I did them (10pm) and I usually go to bed at 2am. I also had trouble swallowing food, which sucked.

Nothing can help it really. I didn't get nausea unless I was moving around. I went for a walk and started getting stomach cramps, which often happens.
The seeds don't taste TOO bad... kinda like bell peppers or something. I smashed mine with a hammer, soaked in a tad of lime juice overnight, and dumped that into a 20oz OJ drink from the gas station, and was good to go.
