A question about agar/ isolation...

I searched for an answer to this before I posted, but did not find one. I recently inoculated some dishes w/ Pan Cyans. I took samples from the "leading edge" of each growth, and smeared them onto new dishes. I am now seeing about half of these dishes grow out w/ rhyso' growth...What do I do next?
As I have read more, I am starting to question whether or not I should have let two sites of growth grow into one another prior to isolation? How else would these monos' become dy' and be able to produce mushrooms..? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I am just not fully understanding how an isolate (monoculture) can produce fruits...
Sorry, the pics are fuzzy, but you should get the gist...

it's already dikaryotic, a strain is dikaryotic. That's the little bit of monokaryotic mycelium that comes out of a single spore that's primary mycelium it meets up with another spore's mycelium or dies out. The two get together and make a strain which is dikaryotic IE two nucleus in the cell. All you have on your dishes is few hundred strains. A monoculture is one dikaryotic strain, You should do some reading about it.

I have read about it...is this board not for questions..? I know that we should research before posting, but I have indeed read, and still have questions. Is this unbelievable..?
Anyway, I understand that I am not through with my isolation. The two I have posted are only the second transfers, and are substantially different from the first dishes (not as white/fuzzy). If I am not mistaken, they are moving forward...
At any rate, thanks for the info...

You're probably right. Sorry, I'm naturally defensive on message boards. I truly am grateful for the info. Really, thanks.
