galindoi casing colonised
    #19491146 - 01/29/14 12:12 PM (10 years, 11 months ago)

i'm trying to fruit my first galindoi tray, but should have done some stuff differently i think.

i dunked the grains and filled the tray, right after that put a thin layer of coir on (wich i didn;t pasteurise but as an experiment mixed in some hydrated lime, i was curious if it would colonise it...)
now after about two weeks the caing is mostly colonised, but no pins showing.

should i add another small casinglayer, or does someone have good advice?

ok, thanks!

they only have the filters in the filterpatchbag for FEA.
i think i'll give them an extra thin casing and make some holes in the bag.

Good luck fruiting those in a bag. Build a SGFC if you want to see fruits, they is not cubes

filter patch is not FAE. there's nothing fresh and exchange about slow diffusion of gas across a membrane.

i got cubes to pin that way (in the bag), and when i saw pins, i would start to mist and fan.

cubes will grow in-vitro so they'll pretty much grow anywhere you can abuse them,
