Sublingual HBWR?

Has anyone tried this? I found a trip report on Erowid and the person had success with 8 HBWR seeds soaked in water/lime juice, then they let the juice sit in their mouth for 15 minutes. Later they had a great trip, with absolutely no nausea. Would this eliminate the body load too. I'm very interested in trying this considering I had an aweful trip this weekend with drinking this stuff.

I should also say that the person said that you should always raise your dosage by 3 seeds since you aren't swallowing them. Is a lot of the LSA lost when not putting it directly into your stomach?

I know a person who did this. He ground the seeds and put them in his mouth with 1 tablespoon of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of booze (40%alcohol) and held it in his hmouth for 15 minutes, spit out and trippes really nice.
I still have to try this myself, but I think I'll just consume the seeds with lime juice as in some method (garden forum) I recently read.

Yes! This is the only way to take HBWR. You need 50% more seeds, but just chew them up and let the pulp sit in your lip (with the saliva that will build up) for about 25 minutes.
I've done this sucessfully in the past couple weeks with 6 seeds (felt like 4 seeds eaten, no nauseau, stomach pain, or cramps) and 9 seeds (felt like 6 seeds eaten, no bad effects).
My 9 seed trip was remarkably similar to about 75ug of acid. Next time I'll probably take 12 subligually.

Does it make it come on faster than taking them orally?

Are you scraping the fuzz off of the seeds before you throw them into your mouth? Also, you said you need 50% more seeds, but you are only increasing the dosage by 3 seeds or so. How powerful was the 9 seed trip? I tried 5 of them in juice, and didn't get a strong trip at all and just felt like shit. Also, did you smoke with the seeds?

Hey...
1. yep it absorbs into your mouth just like chewing tobacco's nicotine 2. by the time you spit them out you should feel *something*... the peak is at the 3 hour mark vs the 4 hour mark if I eat them (but that's just me) 3. Yes I do scrape fuzz, because I'm superstitious. But the fuzz contains nothing harmful, its an old myth. The 9 seed subligual trip was about equal to 6 seeds eaten, based on my experience. I tried the lime juice method once and I barely tripped and got some nausea, so I think its best to let them soak in on their own. And yes I did smoke with the seeds... smoking pot with LSA is key no matter how you take them.

bluedolphin, how do you know that the fuzz was an old myth? Does the fuzz contain LSA?

I'm not the type of person that gets nauseous easily. But I can't figure out the best way to ingest the seeds. I don't care about getting sick cuz don't I plan on it nor care either way. Subligually I assume means orally ingest without eating them. What would yall suggest.

When receive my seeds, I know I'm going to ingest them using the citrus extract. I want to see how bad the nausea is, first, and I also would like to use as much of the LSA as possible(I'm cheap that way).

SJR: Swallowing the seeds will possibly give you abdominal and limb cramping and stomach pain that even Pepto Bismol can't fight. So there are other reasons not to swallow them besides nausea.
MisterKite: Erowid still says the fuzz contains baddies, but its based on a study from the late 60's that nobody believes anymore. I've eaten seeds with the husk/fuzz and without... there's no difference. Scraping things off does nothing to aleviate side effects.

Agreed. And about the stomach pains... pain normally indicates damage to the body.. so that can't be a good sign about ingesting them orally.
