Alright . To my surprise the cake I put in the quart jar has started pinning, I can't wait to put it a SGFC. I'm off to the store to get a Rubbermaid container and a screwdriver and lighter, I'll post my finished project here.

if you have a gas stove or some other constant flame source get two screw drivers leave on one the flame while you poke holes with the hot one it will cool down after a few holes put it back in the flame and grab the hot one and switch off. Done in no time.

Lol I do that with an electric stove. I've also taken soup cans dropped them right on the burner grab it with a towel and melt holes (for mono and sab)

yep, I also make my holes slightly bigger than 1/4 some of them are more like 3/8. Moar FAE also a bit more misting but I have big bulk substrates in there not cakes so it's pretty much the same schedule
Also your spot on about the soup cans that's how I made my first SAB. The arm holes are a little small so I would have to overlap the holes a bit then it wouldn't be perfectly round but W/E it worked awesome.

Would this 1.1 gallon Rubbermaid work ?? I like that it has height

Or should I get one like this that is a tub style

I got a Philips screwdriver and a lighter ill use for the holes.
