Using WBS colonizing jars as strong mycelium indicator

So i've got these WBS jars that were knocked up with a wedge taken from a BRF agar substitute, that was knocked up with some LC. The LC proved to be clean on all 8 jars I tested it on, so i went ahead and took 8 wedges from one of the BRF A-Sub's and dropped them into some WBS. I notice that two of the jars are fuckin' animals when it comes to colonizing. Stellar rhizo growth right off the bat.
Would this be similar to seeing it grow out aggressively on agar? I mean, is it a good indication that that specific piece of wedge I used on these jars may carry traits favorable to aggressive colonization?
I would like to spawn them separately in a tray or something to see if they grow out different. I plan on using every plate i make through the progression of transfers to grow out some shrooms. I'm really just wondering if the colonization of the WBS could be used as a secondary indication of good genes. I hope i didn't confuse anyone....lol
I can post a pic if it would help...

it's a good indicator for sure, when i start from multi -spore and say i do ten jars, the dfirst done is the one i will use for g2g but geneticly speaking from ms it's still a crapshoot, just a faste colonizing crapshoot

They were done from a cloned piece of tissue, which was put to LC and then dropped on teh agar sub. Would that narrow down the gene pool enough to say anything that comes from these spawned WBS would act the same? Or would i need to do more transfers from them?
I have 6 of the same wedges on agar right now, and there seems to be rhizo growth already. I'll see if i can get some pics...back in a few
EDIT: here's the jar...You can't see from the pic, but the top of it is about 70% colonized, and has started running down the other side.

here's the same myc used to knock up the WBS jars, only i dropped them on agar.

And this was taken from a mutant with no cap. Looks like cobweb to me....can anyone second that?

yep that drastically narrows it down no need to transfer if you don't have too, whatever made up that fruit worked together in perfect harmony the first time and will again

Sweet bro, thanks again! If you ever write a book, send me one
Best thing is, i got 7 more of those BRF agar subs with clean growth. Means a lot cuz it was cloned from the first shroom i ever grew
