You can pretend Malicom just speaks out of butthurt (projection) but I and others see where he speaks from being observational.
Pasty's results with the watered straight cased grains is pretty poor. There's not much arguing that. But you'd have to be an idiot to think that means something while pretending my results somehow don't indicate anything or even exist.
My logged grow is in consolidation. 9 super-healthy dense grass seed cakes, near ready for casing.
Anyone wanna place a BE bet? Hm? Anyone got the balls to step up? These 3-4 haters sure are vocal regarding what they can cherry-pick, but how about this? Who is willing to put their 'money' where their mouth is? I bet none of you cowardly troll fucks are. I suspect this goes completely and conveniently ignored by its target group.

Violet is respectable. Frank is respectable and so is RR. its jist too bad to see people who get so much respect they can just openly disrespect others without a second thought. It works both ways. When you disrespect others on the forum for everyone to see your true colours start to shine.

I think the turnout should be something in comparison with the D.B King Election of Liberia. " You'll do great! "

Although this may seem off topic, its right on point.
Shroomery has a reputation for chewing up newbies. A lot of the neophytes are afraid to post here for fear of extreme ridicule.
Frank And RR have set a precedence for the shroomery, and im so fucking relieved there are enough good folk to counterbalance this severe abuse of demeanor.

really? i'm a novice, advanced just past knoobdom, have nothing to gain by claiming otherwise, and never once felt too intimidated to post here, because most everybody is totally cool. and it's only because of this place that i'm moving rapidly up the mycological learning curve. i may never earn the TC, but i will be doing good things, my way, based on my own experience with help from my friends here, and my fungus will be praise worthy. someone, anyone wants to tell me my way is inferior using arrogant sounding language, well good luck to them. or they want to offer constructive criticism without sounding too dickish, well thank you very much.
speaking subjectively, i've felt talked down to by one single person on this entire board, ever. i couldn't give a fuck less, but to me, it does disprove your point.
one of the easiest ways to start static: claim someone else's way of doing anything you like is inferior to anything else. ego's a bitch, man.
so everybody stop shitting and moaning, and let's get on with the show.
...or not. it's time for dinner. and also... your mom. cheers,

I started out as an UBER noob and I didn't get too chewed up. The climate is pretty damn nice towards new people... so long as they can get their ideas out of their head clearly and utilize at least an average high school students command of the English language. Not getting involved in the back and forth with people that just have to get it on their own will save you some trouble too.

Some common sense and ability to follow directions helps too. Then the ability to think for yourself helps later, there's some things that can't be taught the have to be experienced. Ok I think we're done...

Nice rhyme!
I've thought about doing something like that (though I don't see such things as "war" etc), and it would be fun, but I'm starting to not give the least bits of shits (Especially about what internet strangers think, I know what I do and see what it creates). Thinking I'll be leaving the forums to let this account drift out to sea soon. We'll see.

i have to say, i like the v tek, but not for growing a lot of mushrooms (though i have no doubt it can be done). i think the idea behind it, with grains having a lot of nutrients, and not to leech too much out during the grain prep makes sense. using them for testing isolates, or getting cleaner pins to use as clones, seeing how an ms culture performs, and possibly the BE thing (i also have been using them to test casing mixtures), are all well thought out by violet, and can be used accordingly. but for growing a lot of mushrooms easily with less work (not in a lazy way, but in a "i have 2 jobs and little time kinda way"), i'd stick with bulk. the whole urban growing thing for v tek also doesn't make sense to me. when my landlord comes in to fix stuff, its much harder for me to move 10-15 containers to another room (if ur doing the whole in vitro clean print aspect of it, not the SGFC style), than it is to move 3 tubs. i only say that from an experience i had last week so im gonna continue to use both, utilizing each of their benefits for the needs of whatever my goal is, and quite often, a combination of the two (i.e. utilize v tek testing that moves on to bulk as final grow) can be really helpful.

i loved the comparison, both are winners in my opinion.
some people cant even follow simple instructions to grow mushies no matter what kind or tek.
with easy to follow illustrated instructions

great job

Well this 3rd flush is nearly in the can. Gonna take some prints maybe.

Got a harvest from the V tek. Lots of side pins showing up in these bad boys.

Personally I'd go for a fourth flush pasty, but if you want to stop to avoid any chances of contams, I wouldn't blame you.
