My grow doesn't look right, need some help

1 P. Cubensis Golden Teacher cake has been in my FC for a while now, it started pinning about 3-4 days ago. They're still quite small but it appears that none of them have a veil? And some are looking the wrong colour, all off-white.
This is my first grow so i'm kinda scared here, can anyone tell me what's going on? Sorry about the bad pics

Do i pick these, leave them, throw them...?

They are weird because you do not have them in a properly constructed SGFC.
They're fine to eat, pick em and enjoy

drill holes everywhere. place it on blocks or a couple rolls of duct tape to get air underneath. and have 3 to 5 inches of damp perlite. you do all that and it's close to set it and forget it. just mist here and there

looks a little dry in there, the perlite should provide all the humidity you'll need but if it doesn't just mist the sides of the fc, maybe he has too many holes that's why it look dry? i don't see any condensation in any of the pics except for the last one. Do you have them on a light cycle, or do you just let them get ambient light?

I only have about 6 holes in total so i'll drill more, i'll also add some more perlite. I leave them on a raised surface on top of some boxes and i just use natural light in my room, either from the sun (indirect) or from my light, it usually gets a good 10 hours of light a day

Yes you can pick the open caps now.
Don't forget to drill holes on the bottom too
1/4" holes every 2 inches in a grid pattern.
You can try replacing your room light with a 'daylight' spectrum CFL.

Cool, i'll pick those caps now and fix the FC tomorrow, i've misted the shit out of the box and the perlite, aswell as the verm on top of my cake for extra moisture.
I have a 300w CFL that i used to grow weed, i suppose i could use it for the FC but would it be necessary for all the extra light?
I appreciate the help, dude.

This poster speaks 100% truth.
You need a 6500K color temp. General Electric makes them in the right color spectrum. GE Daylight. WalMart carries them cheap, a 4 pack of the little spiral bulbs. Wattage isn't important, get the smallest bulbs they make you'll be fine.

you dont need to mist the cake directly, if your cakes are dry dunk them instead if you've flushed atleast once, and if you insist on misting the cakes point your nozzle up and let the fine mist fall. then give em a good fan you dont really need lighting like that(like those big ballast lights) but it does show that mushrooms grow towards light and they do benefit from it, but you'll be fine with sunlight.

12 hours on, 12 hours off is ideal.
