First post first time PF tek, birthed 11 days ago no signs of any knots or pins

I am wondering if its normal for cakes to take this long.. Here's some info

Colonized cakes, at 100%, let consolidate for 1 week
Birthed cakes, dunked for 24 hours, rolled in verm placed in fruiting chamber on foil
Fruiting chamber has holes every 2 inches on all 6 sides
4 inches of soaked & drained perlite.
90% - 96% rh humidity during the day
96% - 99% rh during night
65-70f day temps
60f night temps
Mist til cakes glisten, fan right afterwords
Cakes will have no moisture visible after about 3-4 hours, this is when I mist again & repeat every few hours when they are dried out.
I fan about once every 3 hours just to displace co2 & after misting

Any more info you guys need?

Should I just wait 3 more days and see if anything happens, maybe even possibly wait up to 3 weeks?

If im reading it all correctly there isnt anything you could do any better.  Why dont you take a couple pictures so we can get a look at everything.  I guess all you can do is wait my only thought is maybe it really wasnt 100% when you pulled it and it needed a little more time.

nope, fanning is just to make the mist you sprayed that's suspended in the air go bye bye, The air inside of a SGFC is mixed CO2 is not a separate layer but rather between 0.06%-0.10% 600-1000PPM evenly dispersed throughout the mix of air.

at a brewery they have 10+ 6200 gal fermentation tanks producing enormous ammounts of CO2 that bubbles out through a 55galon drum filled with water. A tube comes from the top of the tank down into the drum and bubbles very vigorously as the yeast eat sugar and make CO2 and ethanol. That CO2 never suffocates anyone and we're talking thousands of cubic feet of co2 produced every hour. It mixes with the air. co2 settles out in places like mountain valleys

Misting and Fanning.
This is a source of much grief and 100's of posts a week here. Misting and fanning is not at all complicated as it needs to be. In general you'll mist your cakes until they glisten(yes they can even with the verm on them) and then fan right after the mist. You can mist your cakes directly and you should. When you notice the cake is no longer glistening you can mist it again and then fan. This occurs on average of 3-5 times a day. Don't worry about sleeping or being gone 12 hours. Just do it when you're around and don't forget about it is all. Fanning is not FAE it's only purpose is to relive the high RH air so that the cakes can get a kickstart on evaporation.

FAE
This is a phenomenon (Fresh air exchange) in a properly built SGFC this is constantly happening. The perlite is naturally cooler than the surrounding air this moves molecules closer to eachother as the lose kinetic energy. This creates low pressure which pulls air up through the bottom holes. As the air moves through the perlite it picks up humidity and keeps the chamber at or above 90%RH. This occurs naturally without the fanning and is why we like to have no fans in the room and is also why fanning after misting is not a replacement for FAE.

yeah im uploading them right now - i waited til the cake had no visible brown rice flour, then i waited 7 das after that.

well I cant really see where your SGFC is.. Is it 6 inches off of the ground so the bottom holes can work? is there 4-6 inches of perlite? Also the cake in the picture is a great example of a cake that needs a misting. The overspray from misting also keeps the perlite wet, fan after you mist to remove the mist particles suspended in the air, the cake and perlite will remain wet and start to evaporate making your SGFC work.

also just upload right to the shroomery, for convenience and a little bit more safety.

It is about 4 feet from the ground its sitting on 4 tall 1/2 pint jars about 5 inches and yes 4" perlite and yes they are just now drying out. I misted 3 hours ago

The constant cycle of misting and drying is the #1 pinning trigger.
Just keep misting and fanning.
Your temps are low. Not too low imo, but low enough growth is noticeably slower than the normal 75-80f generally recommended.
