[]v[]ushroom Species Information
    #1945928 - 09/23/03 10:12 PM (13 years, 6 months ago)

I want information on the different species of mushrooms, Im trying to find information specific to species. There is some information on some of the vendors sites but most of the information I could figure out just by looking at the picture of the mushroom, I have done searches in google & theshroomery for information specific to Argentine Cubensis but nothing I did not already kno.

Any sites with more information about species?

Thanks

You can find strain info here:
http://www.nansnook.com/forum/index.php?showforum=21

I would guess that Argentine Cubensis is a strain of ps. cubensis,
but it could be a different species.

strains are strains.. some say some produce diffrent highs (tho this is 'obviously' contributed to how they grew them and not the strain)

ive grown B+ 3 times.. 2 times was heaven, last time was a bs body high and to intence to even wana take um again no visuals :P

anyways ps cubensies are ps cubensies.. strain's just have a natural habbitat that is diffrent from the other.. use to a certaint humidty etc.

u just gotta find the strain that grows best for u

ima get flamed for this post i think hehe :P

The information I'm after is like average height, average cap size, average flushes stuff like that.

sporeworks has alot of information but not for all species, say for instance GulfCoast.

1 thing i did notice about a specific substrain that many others experienced the same high and growth rate etc., ThaiKoh Samuri pink buffalos.. 3 hours high that want comfortable and grew fast then anything i had ever seen in mycology,..

im done with substains tho :P

personally grow B+cubensies in the spring and pick ps cyans in the fall..

if u want myopinion go for ps cyan's  i dont care what people say abotu azures being more potent etc.. they are pretty much the same, except for a slight differance, anyone miss the beautifuly 'demonic' dreamogenic mushroom? :P

ive picked azures and cyans for about 6 years and i dont even go outta my way to travel south to get the azures, the high with them is just nothing special at all.

now p.s cyans

name another mushrooms where patterns spell out life is great in blood red and audio hallucinations of"kill ursel, kill urself" in a nice voice hehe..

i miss my friends  hunt begins oct1 for me

sux tho, rain has been shisty, not as shady as last year but nothing compared to a few years ago. few years ago when the rainy city(seattle) acctully had 'rain' id find pounds worth (dried weight)

any of u seen a cyan, imagine how much i had.
tho  feltbad i picked up the park and ended up giving um all away cept 1 dose:P.

but besides all that

im gettin excited
