You don't see how the example I used is a good representation of various perspectives/levels of perception?

Bumping this thread.
It's all in the mind. The key to happiness and eternal peace is within all of us. Every moment can be the happiest moment of your life.
If you're in a shitty mood, the world seems shitty. If you're in a great mood, the world seems great. The world itself doesn't change, does it?
Positivity builds off itself, and so does negativity. It's all in the perception, don't stop the eternal positivity. Positivity creates greatness, negativity breaks down life.
Such is the bias of perception, the ying and yang of the world.

This is a great thread, Sheekle.
Thank you for sharing that with us.

I just decide that I'm awesome, so I give off awesome vibes, and other people perceive me as awesome. It's all in your head man. Think of yourself as the shit, and fuck what anyone else thinks about you, and I assure you you'll develop self confidence, and other people will see you how you think of yourself.
Yup. Fake it til you make it.

Perception definitely plays a large role in our experience. There is an old saying 'you are what you think you are.'
We can easily miss what is right in front of us. For example you sit on a bench at a park and it seems the air is empty. But if you had a radio you could tune it about and hear that there are all sorts of waves carrying information flying all over the park. they were p reviously invisible but with the help of a radio we can know they are there. This happens all the time - but getting the right 'radio' is a lot tougher than going to a store... many think such radios do not even exist and would not try. Gotta remember to keep an open mind so as to decrease the limit of perception.
That will be 100 gold coins please.
