Doesn't seem to be any signs of pinning

Hey guys,
So It's been 5 days since I places my cakes in my terrarium. There have been no signing of pinning. Temp in the tank is 70 degrees, the humidity is at 100%, and I mist and fan 3/5 times a day. The one change I have noticed is that the mycelium is getting thicker, whiter and forms pointy mycelium. Are these good or bad signs?

all very good signs... keep doing what you're doing and you should see pins forming in the next 5-7 days...

Ditch the glass aquarium and build a SGFC.
You need lots of fresh air for fruiting, and that fish tank is only going to set you back.
Secondly have some patience....it can take 2 weeks sometimes for pinning to occur.
The aerial mycellium on the cakes is a sign of needing more constant fresh air.

The very first link in my signature should help. There's a section on fruiting chambers but everything else might be a good read too there's some good info that often gets glossed over for the new cultivator.

Bit soon to be expecting pins. It does happen but in reality, keep misting and fanning.

there no known reason for it, alot of people confuse it with the lack of fae growth but thats not the cause of it, it's showed up in all types of situations but isn't harmfull or a sign of anything bad happening

OP I'm glad your pins have arrived! I'm on day 9 for my cakes and don't have any signs yet. But if this happens again there's no need to worry until around the 2 week point. It's just MS RNG

Ok so my mushies are growing beautifully but today unfortunately 1) the thermometer fell and completely hacked 1 mushroom off of one of my cakes. I was really sad, just looked at my fallen soldier for like 30 seconds... and 2) I did the switch to a plastic container today but now I'm finding it extremely hard to get the container to 100% humidity. In the Glass container it would be no problem getting it to 100% now it just stays at 80%. I want to stay with the plastic container because there is more room for them to grow to their potential size. Any suggestions on what I can go to get it to 98% - 100%?
Room temp is at 75 degrees. The container inside is 70 degrees.
