voila, i intend to dry, anoint, and pouch this specimine,
consider it for trade if anyone wants a mandrake demon and has something to trade. it will take time to prepare it.

there were quite a few mandrakes, this was the best one. i couldnt find any truly humanoid looking tubers.
it certainly was a surprise to find them in nova scotia

Is it autamalis? If its officinarum the little thing is just a baby. Can't be more than 6 months old. poor little nipper never stood a chance.

They don't grow the special carrots for a good few years. Most of the humanoid ones where carved as fetishes.

officinarum. long leaves, slightly stalked. no fruits present, even the largest specimine was relitively sparse. hmm, ill go get some foliage and post it, this will take me a little while

hmm, upon closer inspection i may be way off base here :P
the leaves arent short stemmed, they have rather long stems.
i guess i got my hopes up, sorry entheo.

real mandrake leaves grow directly from thre root withought an extended leaf,
i should also note that some of these specimines had stalks, comming out of them, this is a definate non-mandrake.

nobody as disapointed as me i sure would like to grow some tho

I have been interested in growing mandrake also. I had a friends dad who had a mandrake. He mentioned something about them moving? whats this about?
