Hah, I like it. Yeah they were growing together on the same stump, and I had assumed it was all T. biforme, but the one I happened to snap off  was right in the area where growth overlapped. I pulled a major :waitwhat:

You should post this to MO and wait for someone to give you a vague name like Polypore sensu lato,  when they ask you for a picture of the underside, hit them with the second picture and blow their fucking minds.
