Yea.  I did like three or four runs of 5 normal sized collanders. After each run steamed dry and passed paper towel test, in a bucket they went. And while in the bucket and I was simmering and steaming next batch I would stir it up time to time. Same thing I do when I do grains.

G2g for 14 jars and 11 agar.

I just gave them another really good shake, and they look a lot better. I gather most of the moisture was concentrated on the outside by the glass.  After distributing it looks much better!

I use the same exact of wbs brand, Really good price. 13 bucks for a bag of 20lbs? I've used this brand and it works.
Listen what cronic said, That moisture is gunna go away. I always see pooling after PC but it goes away the next day.

You know, if you're this sketchy about shit, you should start with single jar experiments and keep using rye. That way you get some experience, and if it fucks up who cares?

Again, your grain is perfectly fine. Just PC it. Quit worrying so much. Take a Xanax or something.
