I'm looking at you as well, rulesq. "Stake"? Really?
Mmmm a broiled piece of pointy wood. Do you serve that with Stake sauce or ketchup? and can vampires eat it? You may be a trooper but you sure ain't a speller.
The point of my post was pointing out his spelling error, hence the grammar nazi greamlin.
I usually double-check my posts for typos before posting, this time I didn't.
I usually do too, but it happens to the best of us.

The sad thing is, I can't blame autocorrect or w.e for it. Typed it myself

I did a life expectency estimation test, and toggled the numbers a bit and found that eating red meat more than 2-3x a week can lead to a 2 year reduction in life expectency, and if you eat fish every day there was a reduction of a year or so.
Even if you do not buy into veganism and are uncomfortable with strict vegetatianism, the results are in that it pays to at least limit your red meat & fish intake.
You may say "2 years, bah humbug" but hear me out. My dad is 73. He lives in a subtropical country in a little house he built, with on a mooring a yacht he built, he has olive trees and orange trees and a considerably younger, stimulating second wife. He gets invited from village party to village party where folks BBQ locally produced organic foods and sing and dance to live music. Two more years doesnt mean much for you perhaps but it means the world to him now. Those 2 years might turn out to be among the best of your life, like in the case of my father.

I have to enjoy what I can now. Some of us won't make it to 73 and see whether red meat added or hindered our life span. We die by dozens in cars on a daily.

Disclaimer: idk how accurate this information is.
I was just watching "Atlas 4D" on netflix, and according to them, Homo Erectus has hunted and eaten meat since the very beginning; and that if early humans hadn't learned to hunt for meat to get protein easier than gathering nuts and berries all day, we would've socially evolved much slower, and therefore we would probably be pretty primitive today.

Partially accurate, partially assumptions. Not scientific at all.

I could've researched it, but as soon as they discussed that on the show I thought of this thread.
No, its not scientific, but it does pretty much disprove OP's claim that humans are naturally herbivores.

i used to be a raw vegan and now vegans piss me off with this "mightier than thou" and "let me save you" vibe.
chill out, let other people live the way they want to live.
but if you insist on arguing:
agriculture is far more dangerous to the earth than livestock farming. look at the larger picture.
plants can think, perform computations, and communicate with other plants. they can also feel pain, so there is no higher moral value in veganism. take 1 life (a single cow) to feed a family for a month, or take thousands of lives to feed a family for a month (your vegetables and grains).

My body could not physically be supported by a vegan diet. I will continue to eat meat. Red meat I eat about once a week. I love poultry, hate ham, and sea food is my shit.

Romans 14:1-23; As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. One person believes he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables. Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand. One person esteems one day as better than another, while another esteems all days alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind.

Even if it's true, it should have no bearing on what a modern human should and shouldn't eat.
