And, men judge other men just as harshly too. Refer to the "meat-eating" thread, where a picture of a vegan bodybuilder was posted, and tons of guys ripped on how small and frail of a body he had.

People judge each other quite harshly, why did it take the Shroomery to teach you such an obvious lesson?

Because you hear many opinions from people here that aren't usually expressed in the real world.

Sure they do. They might not be expressed to the person's face, but people gossip all the time about how gross and nasty other people look.

And if your implication is to call me a "hater," please refer to my other post where I compared one good-looking woman against this monstrosity of a model: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19409144#19409144

Gah she is hardly a monstrosity.
In my opinion she is a lot hotter than the girl you think is good looking.

This.

Once you realize that every insult or put-down someone conjures up is a reflection of self-doubt, you realize that many folks aren't the big bad wolves they think they are.

I was taught this in the first hour of my first mushroom trip. How this idea is not uniformly recognized by this board is a complete mystery to me.

Well, to be fair, they also talk about how gorgeous and radiant and beautiful other people look too.

So I take it you prefer beer drinkers over athletic women?

Like who do you like better out of these pictures, the top 2 or the bottom 2?

Why do you call them "beer drinkers"?
And to answer your question, I find all of them attractive, the second last one is kind of large on the right hand side, which is odd as they are the same person, anyway I think she could lose some weight.
The guy is not bad too.

I call them beer-drinkers based on the typical body that a beer-drinker has. Loading of beer produces abdominal stretching and high estrogen levels, which produces enlarged breasts, protruding belly, and flat buttocks. Males above 40 years old who consume beer excessively have this body type as well.

Women who are "thick" but athletic, will usually have a small waist, or defined abs, with wide hips, and large quadriceps. The girl that is holding the tire balloon in the top picture looks thick but muscular, she looks between 20-25% body fat which is actually super fit considering how thick she is.

Lots of media brainwashed, shallow people in this thread.

That girl is definetely not plus sized, let alone fat.

The modeling industry is run by gay men who probably hate women and this skewed image of what is plus-sized supports what I just said.

In 10 more years they'll be saying Karen Carpenter needed to lose some weight.

Regardless of how fat you are or how you feel about it, that girl has excess fat around her mid-region. Which makes her fat!

I think that only thin or athletic people are the main people calling her fat. Which she is, according to the definition of fat.
But chubby or fat people are like, "Naw man, she ain't fat, she's just thick."

She is definitely fat. First of all, I'm saying this as a person who used to be an alcoholic and consume an excess of 5,000 calories per day.

A lot of fat people say, "Oh you're so lucky, you just have good genetics." But that's not actually true. This is a cop-out fat people say so that they don't have to eat healthy or work out. The truth is, if I don't work out and I consume an excess of 1400 calories, guess what, I get fucking fat! Hardly the "fast metabolism" people accuse me of having. I don't think people realize how little it takes for normal people to gain weight.

But, the reason that I say that she is fat, is because I used to be 135lbs of fat, back when I was a "beer-drinker" myself. Now I'm 135lbs of muscle. And let me tell you, 135lbs of fat looks VERY DIFFERENT from 135lbs of muscle.

Basically, at 135lbs of fat, I looked a lot like this girl on the left: http://i2.mirror.co.uk/incoming/article743701.ece/ALTERNATES/s615b/Jennifer%2520Ellison's%2520post%2520baby%2520weight%2520loss-743701

Now, at 135lbs of muscle, I look like... well, you can just click on my gallery I guess.

Basically, it's a huge difference. Nobody is saying this model can't be 6 foot 2 and 180lbs, the truth is, she would probably be pretty attractive if those 180lbs were of muscle. But the truth is if you consider her body shape, she is definitely out of shape and has an excess amount of body fat.

There is a huge difference between a woman who weighs 140 and goes to the gym, lifts and squats.  Compared to a woman who is 140 that drinks and has an unhealthy diet. She obviously doesn't do much physical activity. Huge turn off.

Im all for plus sized women that are healthy. They are usually stunning. This woman is just chubby.

That's silly reasoning and illogical. I am hardly fat or chubby, if anything I am on the thin side, and I am quite athletic.
However I still disagree with you. Not everyone who disagrees with you is something you feel is derogatory (eg: everyone who disagrees with me is fat / chubby)...

You do realize that the whole "beer belly" thing is a myth right? You should fact what you believe. It's quite true that alcohol has tons of calories, but it doesn't cause this mysterious "beer belly" - excess calories (primarily unless the person has an underlying condition) causes it which could be from any number of foods / beverages.

And I don't even like beer.
