So, as some of you may or may not know, I was released from jail on January 7th. I felt terrible physically as the only food the jail gave you was microwaved tv dinners and 2 slices of bread and occasionally an apple.
I had intended on replenishing myself by taking vitamins, but I think I had probably overdone it a bit...
The supplements I took weren't taken all at once, I think they were spaced out throughout the course of three hours.
I took a gelcap combination of cinnamon and chromium, a gelcap combination of the K2 vitamin and Vitamin D3, 4 chewable gummy vitamins, a 5-hour energy, a chocolate flavored nutrition drink, some kind of dietary bar with 18g of protein and a few other vitamins, a niacin pill... and that night, I stayed up all night even though I had been up since 5am and I was awake for 3 days and finally managed to get some sleep around the halfway mark through the third day. It was just weird, I had never reacted that way to vitamins, it was like the "awakeness" of adderall without the high. Has anyone here ever experienced this before?

No, but vitamins are usually dosed higher than you need, the fact that you took 4 multivitamins plus whatever vitamins crossed over with those means that you could have taken 5 or more doses of certain vitamins. Vitamin overdose is a thing.

Probably more psychological reaction to your change in environment.

If anything you should have just vomited. Maybe check the ingredients in all those weird things you took/ate. Obviously a reverse reaction.

a 5-hour energy
Dunno what that is but many "energy" produtcs contain lots of stimulants".
Also, check for coenzyme Q10, if I get too much of that I tend to get a truckload of energy alkl day and night too. Really potent stuff.
