I sucked up 3 syringes w/ boiling water to spray over reishi covered agar about a week ago. I wonder if they should be good the caps on and no one has touched them?

Boiling is not sterilizing cc1. You are better off emptying the syringes. Throw the syringes, taken apart, wrapped in foil and a mason jar full of water in a pc. Then you will know for sure that it is sterile.

45 minutes for a pint jar of water. Place the lid seal up and tighten the ring. The syringe can sit on top of the jar.

Thank you feff, I know better than to call that water sterile. Hey you gotta check out the bag and I'm doing 2 more ATM, I think these new ones I just want to try to grow stemless conks, I'm not sure yet, I wanted you to see pics, the first is of Forresters and my grain at 7days, second is of the bag u helped me with moisture top view, third one top, can you see the pins? The next is a bottom shot, and the next is just a side view, and the last is a five galloon bucket with about 4inches to substrate from the top!

There's no need to PC a syringe. Boiling the syringe and sucking up boiling water is sufficient to create a syringe of sterile water. A lot of people don't even boil the syringe and repeatedly suck in and squirt out boiling water to sterilize the inside.

Fastest way to reuse a syringe is to fill the syringe up with 90% alcohol and then refill with distilled water. Boiling also works ok but PCing the syringe is safer.
