So, if you don't make it personal, people generally will keep on arguing with you. You can sort of worm your way around the rules by being snarky, condescending, using degrading emoticons and such, as they often don't break the rules, but it's devoid of honest self-awareness and only serves to stroke one's ego, and I'm sure it will result in more people putting you on ignore. If you just stick to arguing though, it can be pretty mean, and though it may not reveal an unassailable truth, it's still a viable vantage point.
Feel good types are often prone to ignore skeptics or cynics as they like to call them. Just look at the amount of people ignoring regular skeptics in PS&P.

Part of the reason we're here is to be upfront about our negative opinions, without making them personalisms. I've somehow managed to do that without so much as a warning for 14yrs now.

More appropriately we should not give out treatment that we would not wish to receive. It is what we don't want that unites us, not what we want.
If someone likes to be spanked. I'm going to assume that they should not go ass slapping strangers, just because they wished the strangers would do it to them.

conscious love to get challenged and take the risks of loosing everything .. to state being someone by ruining others or proving superiority .. conscious is the freedom that want to apply absolutes rules on themselves, matter of life and death
so conscious are happy of being thrown on the floor or get shot
then your assumption that all wish to be left in peace is wrong
war obviously is more what everyone enjoy doing, it is the favorite kid games too..

Yeah, it's a nice track. Aphex is my favourite musician overall I think, I listened to tons of electronic artists for years and for a long time I wouldn't admit I found him to be the best but he was the only one I never really got bored of and really stood the test of time, his melodies are sublime. I also think he has a good attitude in general. Just wish he would release another album.
My two favourite tracks are: Rhubarb, which is my all time favourite track maybe, because every time I've listened to it on drugs it's been an incredible experience of rebirth. And Boxing Day, because of the amount of layering in the track, it's ridiculously complicated, easily comparable with the greatest classical composers imo.

I still actively listen to all the electronic music from my teens, Autechre, Squarepusher, Boards of Canada, FSOL, The Orb etc. Just hits this deeply nostalgic sweet spot like nothing else.
I'm sure you have, but if not, read some interviews of Richard D James, the way he thinks about sound is wild, and he has a wicked sense of humor.

Haha, same. I loved all that stuff, it was basically all I listened too in my teens, I've caught a fair few of those artists live too, most of them have been amazing. I still do listen to them from time to time. And yeah I've read the interviews. I think he seems like a really chill dude.

so have you guys progressed in music taste then, like do you listen to swing jazz now or something?
those were cool tunes.. i was never a huge fan but always found windowlicker really orignial in how it falls apart in its progression..
my teen electronica dude was James Holden who still i worship & i saw this NYE
i feel like my tunes are still teenish and pretty depressing, i was thinking just the other day about deleting them and starting again

I don't think I've progressed really. I just got bored of a lot of the stuff I use to listen too, particularly those guys as I over listened the crap out of them. I like music but in the end all of it bores me pretty easily. Hip Hop is actually my favourite genre of music I think but I'm dissapointed by the philosophical content a lot of the time.
A good way of finding new music is to just flick through various tracks giving them about ten seconds each. I usually have a fair idea whether I might like it in that time and then I can sort them further later.
Never had heard of Holden before but I like it.

Which one do you think is more adequate and why?
Depends on whether or not you're a masochist.
-------------------- Republican Values: 1) You can't get married to your spouse who is the same sex as you. 2) You can't have an abortion no matter how much you don't want a child. 3) You can't have a certain plant in your possession or you'll get locked up with a rapist and a murderer. 4) We need a smaller, less-intrusive government.

why are you?
if you were a masochist i dont think it would work if everyone else was one too, which is supposedly what you would want if you wanted everyone to treat you the way you treated them.. nope it's much more complicated than that i fear
