A list of things to do to feel accomplished at the end of the day.

I've had the sudden inspiration to write down a list of things I think, if done everyday or, at the very least, on a regular basis, would result in making most people feel accomplished and good about themselves at the end of the day. Here it is. I'm posting it here to see if some of you can point out ommissions or adjustments to what I'd name a life regimen. So here it is:
-Eat well -Exercise -Study/Learn ( includes reading, watching documentaries, taking courses etc. ) -Communicate ( with your fellow homosapians ) -Meditate
Did I miss anything? Are there things you don't agree with?

I've made such lists before when trying to get back into a more conscious, healthy, spiritual lifestyle. Sadly I can only stick with it for so long then it's back to no exercise or meditation, and eating junk foods again. I go back and forth. Anyway. Guess I'll add some stuff. I agree about exercise, meditation, eating healthy, helping others and basically all that everyone has said so far. Here's some more:
-clean your room/make bed (makes me feel more accomplished lol)
-get a good night of sleep each night (sadly I can't do this in my life right now, cuz of my nightshift job. I've been in a sort of depressive funk lately because of it taking it's toll on me. Sleep is very important. Don't have a fucked up sleep schedule like me)
-not rely on drugs to get through the day (as a heavy pot smoker who goes through cycles of smoking a lot and quitting for a short period of time only to start back up again, I feel accomplished when I go a day without weed. Whenever I take a break it makes me want to get more things done and I spend my time finding things to do so I feel accomplished whereas if I had pot I'd be smoking and doing something fun but not necessarily accomplishing, most of the time.)
-spend time in nature. ('nuff said for that one)
