you want something you can get constant air exchange in, humidity and fae are a balancing act and fanning doesn't cut it unless your doing it every 20 minutes lol

OP, judging by you pictures I assume you had tin foil on your jars while they were colonizing. You shouldn't do this because it heightens the chance of contamination. Remove tin foil from all jars still colonizing. Also, build an SGFC. Your setup now is quite horrid, sorry to say.

OK Thanks yeah I did have tin foil over the jar the whole time and I also kinda new that the humidity dome was not good but I thought it would probably work but I'm going to go to remove the Tin foil from all the other jars

If there's a wal-mart or target or something near you, just head to one of them and get a decent sized plastic storage bin, whichever one offers the most transparent area you can expose to light. Shouldn't cost you more than 10 bucks :p Probably a better starting point for a fruiting chamber than that.
If you have access to a drill and feel comfortable going through that much plastic (I'd recommend a wood bit on it, honestly. And a drill press would probably be a better way.) you could possibly make it mostly viable. Would be a lot harder to work with then something thinner, though.

yes mist directly, not all up in there grill or anything but stand back a foot or so, pick the cake up to see if it feels light, it should feel like your holding a cup of water
