They look sort of "un-Panny" in my eyes. On the other hand they look well sun-baked.

Those gills don't look very mottled, I'd lean away from Panaeolus too.

That print is too light, do it on foil and leave it covered with a cup/glass/bowl/plate/etc. for 24 hours, then check.

edit-I didn't look at the last page with the spore prints, are these glutinous?, could there have been dung where these were fruiting?
