they dont have to read a person their rights if they're arrested, only if they intend to question him, if they find weed in my pocket, they have the evidence they need to arrest me, no need for questions, no need to mirandize
This is false, unless you're a minor, or not being charged. If you're an adult being charged with anything, and you aren't read your rights when you get arrested, your case is thrown out. You were arrested illegally.
not true.
sorry buddy

For example, if you’re placed under arrest after consenting to a search request and confessing to ownership of found contraband, police do not need to read you your rights unless they want to question you about an unrelated crime.
as others have said. they have to read you the mirandas if they are questioning you.
if they saw you commit the crime. they dont really need to gather any more evidence (ask questions)

However, we would like you to answer some questions." After the suspect voluntarily answers questions, and sometimes if he refuses, he is arrested. The questioning, being voluntary and non-custodial, is usually admissible. After arrest, the police may have no interest in further questioning, and thus may not ever read the suspect his "Miranda Rights."

Well, now I know. I've always had to be questioned.

so yeah, keep calling and live in limbo for up to a year.
Last time I got in trouble as a juvenile it took them ~8 months to start my trial, I ended up getting 1 year of probation, by then I was like 18 1/2 so my PO was like this is stupid, he didn't give me any restrictions or anything, he just said don't get in any trouble with the law and you'll be off in no time. I got off right around the 6 month mark.
