I don't think I need to post any sources, you probably all believe me. America is addicted with sugar, salt and fat.
What I ask from you is an intelligent solution? Something ingenious, something farfetched, Something simple, yet extremely effective.
Give me solutions.
why do you always want to fix everything? let it be.
Because if everybody was a passive idiot like you suggest, the world would stop becoming better.
you put words in my mouth. let me rephrase: who are you to determine what is right and wrong for others? answer that.

higher obesity rates dont mean more obese people.
if majority of people in america are white.
but majority of fat people are black
doesnt necessarily mean most of the fat people in america are black.
but i get what youre saying.

i think being poor makes it harder to eat healthy, especially if you have a lot of kids, and being black/hispanic is correlated with being poor
also black culture has soul food and mexican culture idolizes a lot of really high fat foods. in the environments from which they originate though though being fat isnt really viewed as a bad thing

you're probably right. i'm finding that you can buy unprepared foods of much higher quality more cheaply than prepared foods of very low quality.

I don't know, it's just starting to get old. As soon as something is wrong, the liberals take the blame. I understand that their vision of the world has some flaws, just like the conservatives, but there comes a point where you gotta ask; how is it possible that a couple a hippies can have such a big impact on everything that is wrong in the world...

no, liberals try and shift the blame as opposed to taking responsibility for what they're doing, face the facts, liberals demand laws that restrict what we can choose to do
have you read through your thread, even with the first post you're trying to dictate how people should live as opposed to living how you want and allowing me to do the same, instead you want control over my body when it's not yours

First off, none of what the liberals propose get passed into law cause people don't want to be told waht to do. So technically the conservatives have the power. They propose lots of things, but they never seems to become law.
What I propose are suggestions. I'm trying to get a pool of ideas. Then take everything point by point and have an argument +/- for each one of them and create a consensus.

Conservatives do the same with choices that involve moral superiority. Both sides fucking suck.
To fix obesity they should have an hour of Physical education everyday with a nutrition class once a week when the little shits are old enough to feed themselves. It probably won't be enough though, the problem with obesity is most people make shitty parents, and most people are fucking lazy. If people stop fucking fat people, hopefully it gives everyone a bit more incentive to stop treating their bodies like an amusement park.

obamacare, lol marijuana prohibition, lol
seems there's plenty of laws that liberals get passed that restrict what I can and cannot do with my own body without being subjected to fines and even jail time

isnt it a consensus that gets restrictive laws passed?

Yeah like sweden with free education, free healthcare, government provided services, average taxe of 50%, with a state owned oil company that has create a 900 billion reserve for there 10 million citizens to retire with. The country is rated #1 in quality of living and its citizens are the happiest in the world.
Clearly its not a good model to follow.
