First grow 11 jars, looking for all opinions/speculations

Hello everyone this is my second post on here regarding my first grow using the PF Tek. I currently have these 11 jars containing Golden Teachers, Brazilians, Great White Monsters, and a couple of combination jars of the three. These are pictures taken today 22 days after spore inoculation and I am simply looking for speculations and opinions on what you can see from the pictures. Any and all comments are appreciated, thanks guys.

22 days? I thought the timeline was something along the lines of 1 week for 100% colonization from inoculation and 1 week consolidation

The two jars labelled combo are a mix of the three previously stated spore types

I think they all look way too wet and are bacterial contam'd probably. Also you are crazy mixing the spore types - what were u thinking?

First of all. With PF Tek. Never flip the jars unless you're absolutely giving up on the bottoms colonizing then possibly carefully flip them once and don't touch them again until they are ready. That dry verm layer on top needs to remain undisturbed. It's a contam barrier. When you flip them around like that any contams that landed on top can get into your cake. Next time just write on the lid.
If they're less than half colonized after 22 days I doubt they'll finish, but it doesn't hurt to let them sit and see if any of them do finish. I'd start another batch in the mean time and not have all your eggs in the one basket. This time label the lids and do not flip them upside down. Those ones do look a little on the wet side. Maybe nocc'ed up with too much spore solution?

Buddy stuck the labelling stickers on the bottom but they have been sitting with the lid up for the entire 22 days after inoculation. Followed the PF tek to a tee otherwise, have done a lot of picking the jars up and observed them though. What I'm gathering here is don't mess with the jars and maybe a bit less spore solution? Used approx 3mL per jar (thought a lot would yield better results).

You only need to use like .25ml per hole so maybe 1cc per jar. I wouldn't worry too much about picking them up to look at as long as yr not disturbing the verm barrier.
They just look really wet and I am 90% certain they are all f&^%$ed

If you're flipping upside down to take a picture you are definitely disturbing the verm layer. Gently picking them up is fine, but definitely don't flip them. Ya less is more when it comes to spore solution. like they said a half pint should be about 1ml/cc per jar. 1/4 or so per hole.

Was hoping that wasn't the case but had a feeling that much moisture couldn't be right. Hopefully can just chalk this one up to too much spore solution then because everything else was done according to the PF tek properly. Guess I'll fire some jars together and try some alcabenzi in a few days. Thanks a lot for the feedback guys thank f*** for the shroomery

Put it down as a learning experience. Make sure your verm : BRF : water ratio is correct as well.
Next time will be killer good I can tell

I will sometimes do as much as 1/2 ml per hole, but that's pushing it.

Sure you can get away with that but almost the LESS is better. More spores = more competition. Just put enough in so you see it trickle down the side. 0.1ml is fine and probably better

I'd say that one Brazilian second row, second from left or the one Brazilian second row far right have the best chance of finishing. They look close to finished. It's hard to tell how much is the dry verm layer.

How did u get a mix though? Did you use 3 different syringes on 1 jar? Yeah you kinda dont wanna do that. But I thought they looked a little wispy myself for over 3 weeks. Not an expert though.
@webster- we wish! Generally takes 5-7 days to see growth in brf. Roughly 3 weeks for colonization and additional week to consolidate it.
That's a general time though. If you were doing a grain to grain transfer then a week is not out of the question at all.

Lol I was basing my self upon 3mL per jar as my standard and I didn't have 3mL left in any of my syringes so I figured what the hell and did two jars with the three syringes. Oddly enough they are the ones that seem to have come the closest to fully colonizing thus far

I'll definitely leave these where they are though and see if anything pins, who knows maybe I'll be able to salvage something out of these

Ya those couple are basically 100%. I'd let 'em consolidate for a week or so and then birth them to a dunk 'n roll

Would be quite catastrophic doing G2G with cakes I reckon
