I doubt I'll lose muscles. I Eat a bunch of beans, nuts, chicken, eggs. Plus I'll exercise a little too. Basically the refined sugar is getting cut out. You, know, the shit no human should ever eat.

Don't eat anything your grandma wouldnt have considered food in her days. And yes avoid all sugar that isnt part of a whole fruit.

If you are running your body on too much of a deficit your body will burn muscle and fat (you lose more muscle as it weighs a lot more and burns easier.) Burning too many calories really doesn't help you at all, and its the wrong type of thinking. Weight loss is a long term goal, and you need to adjust your diet long term as well. Losing 10 pounds in a month is too much unless you are really over weight. Also 3500 calories is to burn a pound of fat, a pound of muscle is 600 calories. You always burn muscle so its not an exact science.

Right on man, I had the same idea the day the thread got started. No more pizza and fries for this guy. I'm gonna try an switch to veggie stir frys and grilled chicken and shit. I've also started jogging interval training 2 days ago. My legs are sore as fuck. But hey, gotta loose that weight, I'm getting the

Just a little unpdate. I've been doing the diet for the last 2 days and I'm feeling great. Maybe a little tired from the carb withdrawal, but its all good.
What I eat:
Breakfast; 3 hard boiled eggs, black beans
Lunch: Lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, green onion, portobello, celeri, zuchini, onions, avocado, black beans (all in a salad, with a spoonful of spicy sauce)
Dinner: Chicken thighs, asparagus, broccoli, black beans
I started the diet at 175 pounds. Haven't weighed myself since.

what I'll eat tommorow breakfast: half cup of rolled oats and a banana with black coffee snack1: apple, greek yougurt and a kiwi lunch: 3 eggroll with brown rice snack 2: half a cucmber with half green sweet pepper afterwork snack: almonds and cottage cheese exercise dinner: chicken breast with brocoli
