It's not really that important....this does not have to be exact.....the substrate should be about 75% coir and 25% verm.
You should mix the 1 quart of WBS with no more than 4 qts of substrate.

I use it regularly. It tells me exactly what I need when I'm doing experiments rather then guessing how much of this and that. I type some numbers in and it tells me exactly how many quarts to dump in of my sub and spawn to achieve my 4in sub depth with a 1:2 or w.e. for that particular container. I like it I apologize if its not the conventional method. Or if no one else uses it.
I just realized he didn't need all that shit. Just the coir/verm ratio.
