Make a goddam move. If you "remain open and friendly", he'll think you're being open and friendly.

But...I don't want to have sex with him.

Well, my body does, but I DON'T.

You can try the tactless and unsubtle approach of basically saying "hey, I just met you, and this is crazy, but here's my number... so call me maybe".
Sometimes we need to learn to value a little brevity and honesty.

Thing is, I was actually considering being upfront with him and telling him exactly how it is. That I think he is appealing and that I want to get to know him.

Great. Do it. He'll either appreciate that or he won't.

Make sure to show your affection. Although Im probably the worst to take advice from because I still havent found anyone that feels for me.

I think you pretty much want to gradually see more and more of him over some time. Easy to say i know, but if youre in his life more and more often, then theres a good chance he's thinking of you frequently. Just dont give him the "friend vibe" like I do every single time. Keep the flirtations real. I wish you success! :peace:

I think some spooning is in order.

The tough decision is who gets to be the 'little' spoon

Touch his peepee already. He'll love it.

Seriously though, just keep talking to him, be a bit flirty and he will catch on and probably start to show a bit of initiative himself.

(But we may need a photo of you to tell if this will work).

The upfront thing only works if he is already interested. Otherwise it is counter productive.

I am shy too, and thats exactly how I think. I tried it last time to no avail, but it was only one time and she looked down upon me.

That's the beauty of high risk/high return strategy, man.
Life's a game of fuckin' chances and shit, sometimes you gotta go all fuckin' in and risk it all. Even if you fail miserably, at least you put yourself out there like a motherfucking champ and not some little sissybitch.

I say go for the bull-in-china-shop approach. It's the best approach and only a little bitch would tell you otherwise.

Men/boys of the Pub, what would you like a girl to do in this situation?

Be serious, now.

Remain friendly while flirting to drop hints you're into him.
Your pretty so I'm sure you can have him wrapped around your finger in a few weeks.
