When should I start to fruit my tubs?

I started my tubs 10 days ago. I'm doing a tub of Cambodia's and MDK's. I have read through the forum to start fruiting once I have seen pins but I have also read to start fruiting at 10 days. I don't have any pins as of yet. Looking for expert advice would you start the fruiting process now based on my pics or wait for pins to form. This is my first grow so, any advice is appreciated.

the number of days makes no difference let them sit until they are 100% colonized unles you get a bunch of pins before that. you can let them consolidate for a few days after 100% if you want but its not realy needed with bulk subs.

The tubs are at 100% now. I noticed some pooling of water on the top layer of the colonized sub. Do I need to soak this up or will it take care of itself once introduced to fae and light?

My tub is starting to pin. I noticed pinning under my colonized sub. Should I be concerned of this? Will this harm my harvest? I posted pics of the bottom of the tub for reference.

bottom pinning is no big deal. you can just harvest those after you harvest the top. The green on your sub however looks like a big problem.

Bottom pins are no big deal but you have bottom pins because of contamination. substrates pin like mad when they're infected, infections are a great pinning trigger. Trash TEK, harvest what you can.
judging by your first pictures the substrate is in a aquarium? it doesn't look like a monotub. The design of your fruiting chamber looks bunk

So you think I should just pick what's there and toss the tub?

sorry to say but yes. That green will only grow and spread. might as well not let it become a trich bomb in your home. It's unfortunate for sure.
Did you use coir/verm/gypsum or something else?

Is it possible it's bruising? I have move the tub around since it was put into fruiting.
I used 5 lbs of casing which was a combination of Coco Coir, Vermiculite, Hydrated Lime, Gypsum, ph buffers, ph stabilizers, mineral water. I bought it online. That was combined with 2.5 lbs of 5 grain spawn.
When I mixed the casing with the spawn bag I made sure the room was sprayed with an air neutralizer and fans were off. I thoroughly washed my hands and wore clean clothes. I had on rubber gloves and a dust mask. I mixed the casing and spawn by hand covered the holes and put up the tubs in my closet with a sheet over it. After it reached 100% I took off the tape and used poly fill to assist with FAE and had a small fan running on low in the room pointed away from the tubs.
My concern is I have another tub growing a different species next to it. Is it possible that one could get contaminated since it's close to the other tub?

It shouldn't, as the bulk substrate is contam resistant, but having the contamination in the same room as anything you want to last is bad practice.

It's possible that it looks more green in the pik than it actually is. If its green its mold. If it looks more blue in person it could be bruising.
